Interim Report /DR-43 On March 29, 1982, Culf States Utilities Company (CSU) notified the Region IV Office of a condition potentially reportable under 10CFR50.55(c) concerning unsatisf actory inspections performed by a former Field Quality Control (FQC) Inspector at River Bend Station (DR-43). Interim reports were provided on April 29, 1982, and August 9, 1982, indicating that reevaluation of the inspections continued. On September 30, 1983, GSU determined based on the results of the evaluations that this condition met the intent of the reporting requirements under 10CFR50.55(e) and so informed the Region IV Office. A written report pursuant 10CFR50.55(e)(3) will be provided by October 29, 1982.
