JUN2 91910 Docket No. 50-458 Interim Report /DR-92 L O On January 14, 1983, Gulf States Utilitics Company (CSU) notified Region IV of a condition potentially reportable under 10CFR50.55(e) concerning the supplier's (PYCO, Inc.)
and subsupplier's ASME III documentation for Category I stainless steel thermowells (DR-92). The suppliers and subsuppliers were not ASME III Quality System Certificate holders. GSU is awaiting additional information from our architect-engineer. An interim or final status report will be submitted by August 17, 1983.
