River Bend Station Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Final Report /DR-64 On July 2, 1982, Gulf States Utilities Ccapany (GSU) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Region IV Office of a condition potentially reportable under 10CFR50.55(e) concerning weld surface imperfections in a i Graver shop weld for the containment personnel airlock (DR-64). GSU has completed its investigation and determined that the imperfections could not affect the safety of operations of the plant and therefore this condition is not reportable under 10CFR50.55(e). This completes our response on this subject.
