Please find enclosed Applicant's response to your document production request of March 24, 1981. While discovery did not commence until the issuance of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Special Prehearing Conference Order, and while pursuant to that order responses to first-round discovery requests (other than objections) may be filed any time up to and including July 10, 1981, we are responding to your request now in the interest of facilitating and expediting the litiga-tion of your contentions.

The enclosed document is a draft, but Applicant intends to file it without change with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on or about May 15, 1981, in the format of an amendment to the Final Safety Analysis Report. If the filing with the NRC differs from the enclosed draft, I will advise you promptly. We will also provide you with a copy of any future amendments to the enclosed plan.
