The Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Special Pre-hearf ng Conference Order of April 21, 1981 provided that any objections to interrogatories shall be served within 14 days of service of the interrogatories. Because of the delay in the receipt of your first round discovery requests, we have experienced a similar delay in the filing of objections.
