Technical Specification Interpretation Procedure Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) committed in Reference 2 to implementing a Technical Specification Interpretation procedure by January 15, 1990.
Due to recent impacts on workload, and OPPD's desire to ensure that the best technical approach is contained in this procedure, an extension of this- date until March 15, 1990 is required. This will allow OPPD time to produce.a thorough procedure that incorporates the best aspects of other procedures in the industry. This change was discussed and concurred with by Region IV on January 10, 1990.
