Dear Mr. Seyfrit:

The Omaha Public Power District received IE Bulletin 80-16, dated June 27, 1980, regarding the potential misapplication of certain Rose-mount pressure transmitters. The District has conducted a review of all appropriate documentation, as required by the bulletin, and has identified no safety-related application of the subject pressure trans-mitters at the Fort Calhoun Station. Accordingly, the District con-siders all actions required by IE Bulletin 80-16 complete.

In order to assist the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is evaluating the impact of bulletins on licensees, it is reported that approximately twenty-four (24) manhours were expended in order to perform the action required by this bulletin.
