and 2 of the South Texas Iccject Electris Cenerati.ng Stations.

Reference 1 provided the results of the inspection performed on the Unit I reactor trip and bypass breakers. Reference 2 provided the results of the inspection performed on the Unit 2 Class IE, and the reactor trip and bypass _

breakers. This letter presents the overall results of the inspections  ;

performed on the Unit 1 and Unit 2 class 1E, non Class 1E, motor generator >

output and reactor trip and bypass breakers. The 480 Volt Class 1E Load Center Breakers (eighty-seven total), the non Class 1E Load Center Breakers (one hundred total), the Reactor Trip and Reactor Trip Bypass Breakers (eight total) and the Notor Generator Output Breakers (four total) were inspected in '

accordance with NRC Bulletin 88 01. This completes the circuit breaker tests for Bulletin 88-01. .

The results of the inspection are provided in Attachment 1. The 1

deficient pole shafts were replaced with pole shafts that passed the weld L inspection for unrestricted use. Thirteen (13) circuit breakers passed the weld inspection without restriction. None of the circuit breakers failed the ,

breaker mechanism alignment inspection.
