request, have.been rendered moot by the issuance of the SNPS full power operating-license.

_ description of the request and 5) the completion status. In total,1nine license change applications are under NRC .

'NPF_-82 (See NPF-82 paragraph H). As these change requests remain l

W" Considering:the: current plant condition and the need to rearrange work priorities, LILCO hereby withdraws four of its requests for amendment, leaving five active requests. Asterisks on the list indicate the four withdrawn requests. LILCO Jequests that the

' operate Shoreham at 25% of its reted thermal power until

. emergency planning issues were fave. ably resolved. Along with Lthis requestLand supporting docurantation LILCO made several commitments' including the construction and operation of a

. supplemental-containment structure. The favorable resolution of 4 emergency planning' issues and the issuance of NPF-82 has, of course," rendered the~25%' power request moot. Accordingly, LILCO willinot fulfill thoseLeommitmento made in support of the 25%

power request, and the NRC Staff need not undertake cr' continue any'further review of that request.
