IE Bulletin No. 80-09, "Hydramotor Actuator Deficiencies," April 17, 1980 Clinton Power Station Units 1 & 2 Docket has. 50-461 and 50-462 Construction Permits No. CPPR-137 & -138 This is in reply to the letter of April 17 from Mr. J. G. Keppler, Director-NRC Region III, whereby the referenced IE Bulletin was forwarded for action. IE Bulletin No. 80-09 rec uired a determina-tion of applications of ITT General Controls Moc els All-90 and NH-90 Series Hydramotor Actuators in safety-related service.

Please be advised that the Clinton Power Station has none of the aforementioned actuators in safety-related applications.
