The Comission discussed the proposals for Commission response to emergency situations.
The Comission, by a vote of 5-0:

Delegated to the Executive Director for Operatior,s the authority to issue Orders to licensees in emergency situations.
The Office of the General Counsel will prepare the appropriate documents effecting this delegation.
