The Correnission was provided a summary of the final recommendations of the Lessons Learned Task Force and was informed that the final report of the Task Force should be available later in the week.

The Comr.ission deferred substantive discussion of the Task Force recorendations pending receipt and review of the final report. A further meeting on this subject will be scheduled to address substantive issues and to haar the views of those staff officials who will be responsible for implementing the recommendations.
