SECY-79-558 - Accroval Under Section 145(b) of the Atomic Enercy Act of 1954, as Amenaed, for Emaioyment of Paul Fritz Langer as a Consultant to Commissioner Gilinsky and for Access to National Security Informaticn and Restricted Data Under the provisions of Section 145(b) of the Atomic Energy Act, as amended, the Commission, by a vote of 4-0,* determined that permitting Paul Fritz Langer, who will be a consultant to Commissioner Gilinsky, access to National Security Information and Restricted Data is clearly consistent with the national interest and will not endanger the common defense and security.
