4.6.1.2 The containment 1eak.age rates shall be d~~onstrated at ~he fo11owing test schedule and shall be detennined in conformance with the criteria specified in Appendix J of 10 CFR SO using the methods and provisions of ANSI N45.4-1972:

a. ihree Type A tes:s (Overall Integrated Contai~ment Leakage Rate) shall be conducted at 40 + 10 month intervals during shutdown at desi3n pressure (47:'°0 psig) dur~ng each 10-year servic~ period.;~The third test of each set shall be conducted during the shutdown for the 10-year plan! inservice ins~ection.
