Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Section V, Paragraph B, enclosed is a copy of the Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leakage Rate Test (ILRT) Report for Donald CD Cook Nuclear Plant Unit 2. The Unit 2 ILRT was successfully completed on February 13, 1989. The ILRT was performed as specified in surveillance test procedure ~2 THP 4030 STP.202 in accordance with the requirements of American National Standard Institute (ANSI)

N45 4-1972, ANSI/ANS 56.8-1987, the Code of Federal Regulations, the

plant FSAR, and Technical Specification 4 '.1.2.
