1) Letter GO2-95-106 dated June 6, 1995, JV Parrish (SS) to NRC, "Request for Amendment to Technical Specifications Section 6.0 Administrative Controls"

2) Letter GO2-96-080 dated April 22, 1996, JV Parrish (SS) to NRC, "Request For Amendment To Technical Specifications Section 6.0 Administrative Controls - Supplemental Information"

3) Letter GO2-95-265 dated December 8, 1995, JV Parrish (SS) to NRC, "Request For Amendment To Technical Specifications" The Supply System requested a Technical Specification amendment in References 1 and 2 for the incorporation of changes to Section 6.0, "Administrative Controls." Subsequently, the Supply System requested a conversion to the "Improved Technical Specifications" format by Reference 3. The Reference 3 changes relocate pertinent Section 6.0 details from the Technical Specifications to the Operational Quality Assurance Program Description (OQAPD), which is included in the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) per 10CFR50.34(a) ~ Therefore, with Reference 3 implementation, the Technical Specification changes will no longer be necessary.

Once in the OQAPD, future changes will be assessed in accordance with 10CFR50.59 and 10CFR50.54(a) requirements.

To make better use of NRC staff and utility resources, the Supply System hereby withdraws the Reference 1 amendment request. This will allow the available resources to be used for activities such as the review and approval of Reference 3.
