WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 CYCLE 12 CORE OPERATING LIMITS REPORT (COLR)

The Supply System hereby submits the COLR 96-12, Revision 0, in accordance with the requirements of WNP-2 Technical Specification 6.9.3.4. The operating limits in the COLR resulting from the Cycle 12 reload and licensing analyses have been evaluated against the criteria of 10 CFR 50.59. No unreviewed safety questions were identified and no changes to the Technical Specifications are necessary. The COLR has been reviewed and approved by the WNP-2 Plant Operating Committee.
