2) NUREG-0892, Supplement 4, Safety Evaluation Report, dated December, 1983 As requested by Reference 1), the Supply System is reviewing our plans and capabilities for handling heavy loads while the reactor is at power to ensure they are in accordance with existing guidelines and our licensing basis. This review will be completed in approximately 45 days, at which time the results will be submitted.

Based on existing documentation and reviews performed to date, no Technical Specification changes are projected. This review is expected to verify compliance with NUREG-0612 and Generic Letter 85-11, as detailed in Reference 2) and supporting correspondence, with special consideration of NRC Bulletin 96-02 issues.
