WNP-2 OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 TRANSMITTALOF REVISION 16 TO THE WNP-2 EMERGENCY PLAN In accordance with 10CRF50.4(b), 50.54(q), and 10CRF50 Appendix E, attached is the signed original of the WNP-2 Emergency Plan, Revision 16. A detailed synopsis of changes is also provided. Revision 16 of the Emergency Plan was evaluated pursuant to the requirements of 10CRF50.54(q), and the changes do not reduce the effectiv'eness of the plan as previously approved.
In accordance with 10CRF50.4(b), copies willalso be provided to NRC Region IV and the NRC Resident Inspector.
