Enclosure 2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION JULY 5, 2016 The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of STP Nuclear Operating Company held a telephone conference call on July 5, 2016, to discuss and clarify the following identification of additional information concerning the license renewal application.

Based on the discussion with the applicant, the staff indicated that the topic should be addressed when the revised AMP is submitted to the staff for review:

How is the margin between the detectible leak size necessary to reveal leaks at the surface within 30 days and the allowable flaw size affected by the presence of external coatings, such as coal tar epoxy and tape?

The applicant agreed to supplement their license renewal application to address this topic.
