FW: Meeting with Commissioner Ostendorff

Linda,

I met with the Commissioner today and he asked me to get with you to schedule another time to continue our discussion.

I shared my Outlook Calendar with you last week.

I am out of the office for three weeks in June. There is no urgency to me meeting with the Commissioner, but if he has time next week (I'm leaving on a two week vacation after work on Thursday, May 27) I would appreciate meeting with him then. This can certainly wait until the 3d week in June or into July ifthe Commissioner is busy.

Thank you, L arry..... . . . . . . . . . . .

RE: Meeting with Commissioner Ostendorff Either appointment works for me.

I requested an hour because the topic I wish to discuss with him will take longer than half an hour.

Half an hour should be long enough for the Commissioner to decide if he cares for me to comye, back to expand the discussion.

I wanted to speak with him regarding an incident which occurred at the Callaway nuclear plant and the NRC's response to it.

Thanks, From: Herr, Linda Sent: Wednesday, May 12, 2010 10:11 AM To: Criscione, Lawrence

RE: Meeting with Commissioner Ostendorff Sir:

2

I can schedule you on May 2 0 'h from 11:00-11:30am or 1:00-1:45pm... I do not typically schedule meetings for the Commissioner that last longer than M!hour unless I am specifically directed to do so by him. I am stretching it a bit if you accept the 1:00am proposed time. Can you give me an idea of your reason for seeing him and why you feel it's necessary for a 1 hour1.157407e-5 days
2.777778e-4 hours
1.653439e-6 weeks
3.805e-7 months
appointment than we can go from there.

RE: Meeting with Commissioner Ostendorff Thanks Linda.

May 2 0 1h works well for me. This is in no way an emergency. I would prefer to wait until the commissioner has a time convenient for him.

If possible, I would like an hour.

Thanks,

.Larry From: Herr, Linda Sent: Wednesday, May 12, 2010 9:51 AM To: Criscione, Lawrence

RE: Meeting with Commissioner Ostendorff Importance: High Good Morning Mr. Criscione:

Unfortunately, Cmr. Ostendorff does not at this time have a "set time" for open door visits; however, I would be happy to schedule a meeting with him for you. The earliest I can schedule something for you would be May 2 0 th unless of course this is an emergency, I'll squeeze you in before then. Please let me know how you'd like to proceed.
