FW: Open Door Policy Gentlemen, I am sorry I missed our appointment today. I rely on my Outlook calendar to track my commitments and I failed to add it to my calendar. I have no excuse for not showing up when I said I would.
I wanted to update you on the concerns I discussed with you earlier in the year involving Callaway Plant. Since requesting a meeting last week, I have met with Roy Zimmerman and Eric Leads and they are working to ensure my concerns are evaluated and addressed. I do not need anything from you but wanted to fill you in on the current status of the issues and get any advice you mighthave.
Again, I apologize for not making our appointment. I realize your time is very important and I am sorry you set aside time for me today and I failed to show up.

Open Door Policy If possible I would like to meet with Commissioner Ostendorff to discuss an Information Notice being written concerning a passive reactor shutdown at Callaway Plant. Please let me know if there is a 30 minute time slot when I might meet with the Commissioner.
