Purpose:

NextEra requested a Regulatory Conference with the NRC to discuss a preliminary-White finding that was identified during a baseline inspection completed in July 2009. The finding involved an apparent violation of NRC requirements associated with modifications completed on the B Emergency Diesel Generator. The conference will include a discussion of the significance determination for the finding and whether enforcement action is warranted.

Category: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.
