The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with individuals to receive comments from participants on specific NRC decisions and actions to ensure that NRC staff understands their views and concerns.

Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is for C-10 Research & Education Foundation to clarify or supplement the October 4, 2022, petition for enforcement action related to Alkali-Silica Reaction (or ASR) at the Seabrook Station for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Petition Review Board.

The purpose of this meeting is for NRC staff to meet directly with the petitioner so the petitioner may clarify or supplement the petition based on the results of the PRBs initial assessment.

The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the 2.206 review process.
