Purpose:

The NRC requested an Annual Assessment Meeting with FPLE management to discuss the NRC assessment of FPLE safety performance at Seabrook for calendar year 2008. The NRC assessment of performance at these facilities is documented in a letter dated March 4, 2009. FPLE will be given the opportunity to respond to the information in the letter and inform the NRC of new or existing programs to maintain or improve performance.

The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion of the meeting but before the meeting is adjourned.
