REPORT ON THE STATUS OF OPEN TIAs ASSIGNED TO NRR The attached graph and tables give the status of open TIAs assigned to NRR as of May 31, 2003.

Since the last status report, one draft TIA was sent to a region, one draft TIA was returned from a region, one TIA was completed and one TIA was opened. Of the four open TIAs, the following divisions are the current action holder: DE - 2*, DSSA - 1*, and DLPM - 2.

There are no TIA draft responses that are presently late that affect TIA goals.

There are two TIA draft responses due within the next two months (up to 08/01/03) that affect TIA goals. (Cooper 2002-03 due 06/25/03** and Prairie Island 2001-10 due 08/1/03)

The TIA Office Instruction (COM-106, Rev. 1) was revised on December 24, 2002, to improve the timeliness for meeting the NRR goal by increasing management oversight.

• DE and DSSA share TIA 2003-03.

• • Draft response sent to the region on 6/03/03.
