As prescribed in NUREG/BR-0007, Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) has completed U.S.
Department of Energy/U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (DOE/NRC) Forms 742 and 742C.
NPPD has also completed DOE/NRC Form 741 as prescribed in NUREG/BR-0006. This information is being submitted to the U.S. Department of Energy in computer-readable format as prescribed by the regulations noted above, and i~, accordance with Nuclear Materials Management and Safeguards System Report D-2°4.
