ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS REVIEW OF THE COOPER NUCLEAR STATION LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION SAFETY EVALUATION REPORT The license renewal staff and technical branches have completed their review of the Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS) license renewal application (LRA) and have issued the Safety Evaluation Report Related to the License Renewal of the Cooper Nuclear Station. We request that the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS) review the staffs safety evaluation for the CNS LRA. The CNS LRA is currently scheduled for review by the ACRS full committee on October 7, 2010. Required copies of the pertinent documents have already been delivered to the ACRS.
