Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(5), PSEG Nuclear LLC hereby submits a summary of Emergency Plan Document revisions implemented March 11, 2009 (attached) associated with the PSEG Nuclear LLC Emergency Plan that did not require prior NRC approval. There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.

,4 ATTACHMENT LR-N09-0075 EMERGENCY PLAN Summary of E-Plan Document Revisions ImplementedMarch 11, 2009 The following Emergency Plan revisions were reviewed in accordance with 10CFR50.54(q) and determined to not require prior NRC approval.

Emergency Plan Summary of Changes:

Editorial Revisions:

  • Section 1 revised to incorporate minor editorial changes to Step 4, Part (4),

changed references from "ENC" to ENC/JIC" in Step 4, Part (15), and to modify Figure 1-1 on Page 1.13to include the Delaware and Pennsylvania border.

  • Section 2 revised to incorporate current PSEG Nuclear titles.
  • Section 3 revised to incorporate current PSEG Nuclear titles, changed references from "ENC" to ENC/JIC", and revised the formatting of the ERO organization figures.
  • Section 7 revised to change the reference from "Nuclear Training Center" to the "Environmental & Energy Resource Center (EERC)" and corrected the note reference in Table 7-1.

" Section 8 revised to change referencesfrom "ENC" to ENC/JIC".

  • Section 9 revised to change the reference from "Nuclear Training Center" to the "Environmental & Energy Resource Center (EERC)" and to change references from "ENC" to ENC/JIC".
  • Section 10 revised to incorporate minor editorial changes and changes to monitors listed in Table 10-1 .based on DCP Nos. 80059610, 80059614, and 80063785.
  • Section 12 revised to clarify the issuance of additional dosimetry and to change procedure references.
  • Section 14 revised to incorporate current PSEG Nuclear titles.
  • Section 16 revised to change references to Training procedure and to incorporate current PSEG Nuclear titles.

Section 17 revised Table 17-1, Page 17.4 to add Site Engineering Director to the "Responsible Manager" column to review Salem 200 series procedures, corrected "RPS" which was a typographical error to "RPM" and added "REM" to the Hope Creek 200 series to make review responsibilities consistent between Salem and Hope Creek.
