July 17, 1980 Meeting A meeting was held in the NRC Region III offices to discuss the upcoming independent consultant team's effort to review the technical adequacy of PSI's actions with regard to the concrete issue at Marble Hill. The meet-ing was divided into two sections: The first portion dealt with contractual considerations with Messrs. Lofy, Hamm, Parme and Shewmaker in attendance.
The second portion dealt with the technical aspects of the Marble Hill concrete issue and the expected scope of the consultant team's effort in accordance with NEC Task Order #1, with Messrs. Lofy, Hamm, Parme, Shewmaker, and Cassaro in attendance.

July 18, 1980 Meeting A meeting was held at the Marble Hill site, with those people denoted in the Detai.. section of this report in attendance. The purpose of the meeting was to make the necessary introductions, establish key contact personnel within PSI's site organization, and to familiarize PSI personnel of the intended scope of the consultant team's effort. As an aid to the consultant team, copies of NRC inspection reports and various PSI documents were supplied to Messrs. Lofy, H: mm, Parme, and Cassaro. Attachment I to this report specifically lists thost iocuments which were made available. Following the close of the meeting, a brief orientation of the site was given the consultant team, followed by a tour of the plant.
