- It is the inspectors understanding that this item has been previously iden-tified by the licensee and is under review. A senior licensee representative stated that procedure 01-S-06-3 " Control of System Temporary alterations" will be followed without exception for safety-related testing until the review is completed and corrective actions taken.
It is the inspector's understanding that these items will be reviewed and appropriate corrective action taken. These items will be reviewed by the inspector during a subsequent inspection.
