Results Of the areas inspected, no items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Unresolved Items Unresolved items were not identified during this inspection.
5.
Independent Inspection Effort The inspector observed the examination of cable connectors in the PGCC equipment.
Two cable cards ICGD31L and IC3CE22A were reviewed to assure that the cable is traceable to the vendor records. The reels were identi-fied to the supplier's (Okotite) reels 73828 and 55989.
The file documenta-tion included a certified test report, Bechtel QC inspections, Certificate of Compliance and a flame test report. The crimiping tool which terminated cable 1BC3KP75P was verified to have been in calibration.
Within the areas examined there were no items of noncompliance identified.

Licensee Identified Item 50.55(e)
(Closed) 416/79-14-01 Fire extinguisher dry chemical accumulation on RPV internals. The General Electric (GE) Field Deviation Disposition Request (FDDR) JB1-148 has been disposition by GE Nuclear Energy Division. Inspector Followup Items a.
(Closed) 416/417/79-11-01: Subcontractor Velding. The inspector reviewed the QC inspection report document ing that there was no damage to the cables. Bechtel Quality Action Request (QAR) No. 124 required that the subcontractor reinstruct his personnel. This item is closed.

(0 pen) 416/417/79-11-02: NSS equipment master parts list inconsist-ency. The licensee has issued DC&R 1130.
Bechtel has issued QARF 12'
which identified the problem.
Several Correction Requests (CR) have been issued. The licensee, Bechtel and G. E. have held a meeting to clarify the requirements. This itcm remains open pending th? closing of CR 2024.
8.
Electrical (Components and Systems I) - Observation of Work and Work Activi-ties (Unit 1)
The inspector conducted an examination of the installation of the liigh Pressure Core Injection diesel engine to assure that the QC instructions were complied with in the areas of receiving inspection, storage and handl-ing. The diesel installation is not complete at this cime. The licensee was informed that the diesel was one of the type identified in IE Circular 79-12.
This will be inspector followup item 416/417/79-18-01 titled "IEC 79-12 Followup". Several cable terminations were examined for crimping.
Within the areas examined there were no items of noncompliance identified.
9.
Electrical (Components and Systems) - Review of Quality Records The inspector examined the receiving inspection records, GE Product Quality Certificate, vendor certificate of compliance, certified test reports, code certificates and electrical test reports on the two IIPCI diesel engines.
The purchase order 205-AD385 was issued by GE to specification M-001.1.
Within the areas examined there were no items of noncompliance identified.
