Results Of the areas inspected, no violations or deviations were identified.

Unresolved Items Unresolved items were not identified during this inspection.

Independant Inspection Effort The inspector examined electrical and instrumentation equipment on the lower three levels of the auxiliary building to assure that the installations were completed in an acceptable manner. Several punchlist it.ms were identified to the licensee. The inspector examined the raceway arJ cable installation in the cable room to assure that the installation conformed to the licensee procedures.
Within the areas examined there were no violations identified.

Licensee Identi fied Items a.
(Closed) Item 80-37-08, " Overheating of Instruments on Main Control Board" (10 CFR 50.55(e)). On October 23, 1980, the licensee notified IE:II of a possible 50.55(e) item concerning overheating of instru-ments on the main control board.
The final report was subs.itted on November 20, 1980. The report has been reviewed and determined to be acceptable by IE:II. The inspector held discussions with re:ponsibl'e licensee representatives, reviewed supporting documentation, and observed representative samples of work to verify that the corrective actions identified in the report have been completed.

(Closed) Item 81-14-03, " Broken Transformer Brackets" (10 CFR 50.55-(e)). On May 29, 1981, the licensee notified IE:II of a possible 50.55(e) item concerning broken transformer brackets. The final repcet was submitted on August 10, 1981. The report has been reviewed and determined to be acceptable by IE:II. The inspector held discussions with responsible licensee representatives and reviewed supporting documentation to -verify that the corrective action identified in the report has been completed.

(Closed) Item 81-07-02, " Service Water Pump Motor Ceoling Line" (10 CFR 50.55(e)).
On April 6, 1981, the licensee notified IE:II of a possible 50.55(e) item concerning cooling line leak in the service water pump.
The final report was submitted on April 9,1981. The report has been reviewed and determined to be acceptable by IE:II. The inspector held discussions with responsible licensee representatives, reviewed supporting documentation to verify that tt.e corrective action identified in the report has been completed.

(Closed) Item 81-05-03, "480 Volt ITE Circuit Breakers" (10 CFR 50.55-(e)). On February 19, 1981, notified IE:II of a 50.55(e) item con-cerning 480 Volt ITE circuit breaker which failed to trip. The' final report was submitted on March 20, 1981. The report has been reviewed and determined to be acceptable by IE:II. The inspector held discus-sions with responsible licensee representatives, reviewed supporting documentation to verify that the corrective actions identified in the report have been completed.

On May 19, 1981, the licensee notified IE:II of a 50.E5(e) item concerning Woodward Governor droop spring defects. The final report was submitted on June 18, 1981.

On January 6,1981 the licensee notified IE:II of a possible 50.55(e) item concerning cracked HFA relay coil spools.
The licensee, in their letter of June 29, 1981, states that followup engineering evaluation dispositioned this item as not reportable by 10 CFR 50.55(e) criteria.
The inspector held discussions with responsible licensee representa-tives,-reviewed supporting documentation and agrees with the licensee's disposition. 'This item has been corrected, g.
(Closed) LII 81-05-05, "Penetrar. ion Assembly." On February 19, 1981, the licensee notified IE:II of a possible 50.55(e) item concerning Penetration Assemblies. The licensee, in their letter of March 26,

The inspector has reviewed the licensee's letter of January 9,1980, and determined that the requested actions of the bulletin have been acceptably addressed. The inspecto'r held discussions with responsible licensee repre-sentatives, reviewed supporting documentation and obcerved representative samples-of work to verify that the actions identified in the letter of response have been completed.

Fire Seals for Electrical Cable Trays and Conduit The inspector selected for examination the following fire seals for elec-

trical cable trays and conduits. All portions were not complete in that some sealing still had to be done inside the conduit. The seals exam 11ed were identified by the contractor seal number as follows 675, 676, 677, 678,-

The Bisco QC procedures' QCS-101,
