RII Rpt. No. 50-395/78-29 I-2 November 30, 1978. The inspector summarized the scope and findings of the inspection. The licensee informed the inspector that Mr. Ollie S.

Bradham would assume the duties of Plant Manager effective December 1, 1978.

Fuel Receipt and Storage The inspector observed fuel handling operations in the Fuel Handling Building during the handling of the following fue,1 assemblies:

The inspector observed the containers being unloaded from the truck and the assemblies being unloaded from the containers and placed in the New Fuel Storage Racks.

Fuel handling oeprations were observed to ensure complisnce with the Special Nuclear Material license issued under 10 CFR Part 70.

Specifically, the following areas were observed:
