In regard to item: 1.B, 2 and 4 we have ne further quest'.ons.
Concerning item 1.A we understand, as discussed in the conference phone conversation between Mr. L. De1 George of your staff and members of my staff on August 10, 1979, that Commouwealth Edison Company will provide a supplement to its response to include (1) the corrective action taken and the results achieved, (2) corrective action to be taken to avoid further noncompliance (including an eval u tion <;f generic implications that other components / equipment may have been incorrectly classified) and (3) the date when full compliance will be achieved. We also understand that CommonwealtL Edison will further supplement its response to item 1.C to identify the measures to be taken to assure that only cadmium plated fastening materials have bean used to date to make motor terminations.
