Areas Inspected: Unannounced inspection regarding physical security for the initial receipt, inspection, handling and storage of nuclear fuel at the La Salle County Nuclear Power Station.
Specifically, the objective of the inspection was to determine if fuel received is properly accepted and safeguarded and whether it is stored in accordance with NRC license requirements. The inspection involved 15 hours1.736111e-4 days <br />0.00417 hours <br />2.480159e-5 weeks <br />5.7075e-6 months <br /> onsite by three NRC inspectors.
Results: Of the areas inspected, no items of noncompliance were disclosed.
