ERRATA FOR SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION, UNITS 2 AND 3, NRC INTEGRATED INSPECTION REPORT 50-361/01-14; 50-362/01-14

Dear Mr. Ray:

Please replace NRC Inspection Report 50-361/01-14; 50-362/01-14 conducted from December 30, 2001, through March 23, 2002, with the attached revised report. The changes are marked with revision bars. We had inadvertently failed to include Section 2.0, Radiation Safety.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
