The accuracy of impact statements.

The appropriateness of OSR0 review of draft handwritten procedure revisions and the process for control of these OSR0 approved procedures prior to distribution.

4.

The culpability of I&C and Operations in allowing violation 87048-01 to occur.

5.

The changes in the surveillance scheduling system that will allow operations and management to assure that surveillances beyond the desired scheduled completion date are perfonned before the past due date.

6.

The changes that have been implemented (including training and procedural changes) to assure the POD reflects the necessary surveillances.

7.

The actions that have been initiated to eliminate the same surveillance event number for two different divisions and the same surveillance procedure for two different divisions.

8.

The status of the TS Improvement Program.

9.

The timeframe for implementation of full procedural controls for drawings used to verify proper circuit overlap for changes to the surveillance procedure or the circuit being tested.
