Results Of the one area inspected, one apparent item of noncompliance was found (Infraction-Failure to follow operating procedures - Paragraph 5).

Followup to IE Bulletins 79-06 and 79-06B The inspector verified that valve breaker and switch positions for accessible components in engineered safeguard systems were aligned in accordance with the following operating procedures

One apparent item of noncompliance was identified by the inspector.

Contrary to Technical Specification 6.8.1 approved procedures were not followed in that valves MV 3660 and 07261 were not locked as required by Operating Procedure 0410020 and 0420020, respectively.

The licensee took immediate steps to lock MV3660.

The handwheel ring had been cutoff of 07261 due to interference with a pipe restraint.

A work request was submitted by the licensee to correct this item.
