Pipe Support Base Plate Designs Using Concrete Expansion Anchor Bolts (IE

"Bulletin 79-02)

This inspection was a follow-on to that reported in RII Reports 50-335/79-22 and 50-389/79-16.

The results and inspection and testing data of the Unit 1 concrete anchor inspection program, which were returned to the site from the Ebasco Offices in New York and which was conducted during 1977, were reviewed.
