Thank you for your letter dated November 7,1986 (AEP:NRC:1013), informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the violation which we brought to your attention in Inspection Report No. 50-315/86030(DRP); 50-316/86030(DRP) forwarded by our letter dated October 8,1986. We will examine these matters during a subsequent inspection.
Your description of corrective action taken and results achieved is not complete, but adequate details are provided in a separate referenced Licensee Event Report.
In the future, please consolidate all of the response elements to satisfy 10 CFR 2.201 into one document containing your complete written statement or explanation in reply.
