Thank you for your letter dated July 10, 1986, informing us of the steps you have taken to correct the violations which we brought to your attention in our letter dated June 12, 1986.

We have reviewed your response and find it to be acceptable for violations 1, 3 and 4.

To clarify. our position regarding violation 2, note that it was written because purchase orders were placed with suppliers who were not specified on the Qualified Supplier List (QSL) as, qualified suppliers for the respective products and services which were procured from them.

It is our understanding that the product code index of the QSL is being revised to expand and clarify the products and services that suppliers are qualified to supply.

In this regard, please provide us with the scheduled completion date for this revision.
