Areas Inspected:
Included Management Effectiveness; Security Organization; Testing and Maintenance; Physical Barriers - Protected and Vital Areas; and Access Control - Personnel, Packages and Vehicles.
Results: The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the areas examined. Two licensee identified violations concerning failure to adequately implement some portions of the persennel access control program and one open item regarding the licensee's ability to adequately provide contingency personnel were identified and are being addressed by the licensee.
