Management Meeting A management meeting was held on May 8, 1986, at the NRC Region III offices in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. NRC representatives opened the meeting with introductory remarks and a brief presentation of NRC concerns regarding the licensee's corrective action system.
Licensee representatives then presented their proposals to address those concerns. Specifically, i
