This refers to your letter dated June 3,1981, in response to our letter dated February 12, 1981.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented t
in your letter pertaining to the control of overtime and control of vent and purge operations. These actions will be examined during a future inspection of your licensed program.
The acceptability of your present commitments concerning limiting overtime, with respect to the criteria in NUREG 0737, will be the subject of future review.
It is noted that you make no reference to our request for describing those ations taken or planned by you to ensure that future commitments to the NRC are promptly implemented.
You are requested to respond and comment concerning this area.
