HOLTEC DECOMMISSIONING INTERNATIONAL, LLC, PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION - NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000293/2025002
Dear Kelly Trice:
On June 26, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) completed an inspection at your Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS). The results of the inspection were discussed with John Moylan, Site Vice President, and other members of your staff on June 26, 2025, and are described in the enclosed inspection report.
No violations of more than minor safety significance were identified.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice and Procedures, a copy of this letter and its enclosure, and your response (if you choose to provide one) will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room and from the NRCs ADAMS, accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
