(Identifi-cation, Authorization, and Badging); Access Control (Search); Access Control (Vital Areas); Assessment Aids; Communications and Response; also included a follow up on Previous Items of Noncompliance; follow up on IE Bulletin No. 79-16; and follow-up on IE Circular No. 78-17.

The inspection was begun during regular hours; four (4) inspector hours were spent during offshift periods.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements within the twelve (12) areas examined during the inspection with exception of the follow-ing item:
Response - Failure of security organization to follow the response procedures to a security contingency (Infraction).
