NRC Personnel Present Mr. J. Mc0 scar, Chief, Administrative Branch Mr. T. Martin, Chief, Projects Section, RO&NS Branch Mr. R. McGaughy, Chief, Projects Section, RC&ES Branch Mr. D. Kehoe, Reactor Inspector 2.
Areas Discussed a.
Facilities to be provided for the resident inspectors were discussed (and included considerations for total floor space and provisions for office trailer siting, heating, electrical service, sanitary services and janitorial services). A 12' X 60' trailer presently available at the site was inspected by Mr. T. Martin and Mr. D. Kehoe and found suitable for interim use.
The licensee stated that he would look into the possibility of providing a sanitary facility in the trailer and that the trailer would be ready to receive NRC-supplied office furniture by March 15, 1980.
b.
Provisions for telephone service were reviewed. The trailer is already equipped with plant telephone extensions and a plant page.
Three separate outside lines will also be installed.
Interface responsibilities for communication equipment installation were reviewed.
'
c.
Accessibility of resident inspectors to members of the public were discussed. A conference room in the training building outside the protected areas would be made available for use by the inspector as required for public meetings with the public.
d.
The Resident Inspection Program was discussed.
Two resident inspectors are scheduled to be at the site full time on or about April 15, 1980.
Agreement was reached among all parties to these administrative and operational considerations.
