Thank you for your letter of January 27, 1989, in response to our letter and-Notice'of Violation dated December 14, 1988. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive.to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation.
With regards to your response to the unresolved item (285/8835-02)..your initial

corrective actions requiring an incident or other nonconformance report to be
.I initiated when a. condition adverse to cuality.is identified appears acceptable.
It is our understanding that.the corrective actions will apply to all appropriate groups.
We will review the implementation of your corrective actions during a future
. inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and will be
maintained.
