Dear Mr. Martin:
SUBJECT: Response to Emergency Preparedness Deficiency 8820/10 March 31, 1989 was the original commitment date for the rewrite of Emergency , ' Response Procedure EPIP-E0F-6 "On-site /0ff-site Dose Assessment." The software used to create charts and data tables for manual assessments is in the validation and verified (V&V) process. The V&V is on schedule and will be completed per the commitment date of June 1,1989.
Therefore, to ensure proper documentation of dose assessment related procedures with verified software, OPPD is changing the commitment date for rewrite of EPIP-E0F-6 to June 1, 1989.
